With this awareness, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to process and store all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with RÖDER Group Turkey, especially you, our valued newsletter participants, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”). Conscious of the responsibility we bear and as the Data Controller, we process your personal data in the manner explained below and within the limits mandated in Article 4 of the Law;

And by storing them for periods appropriate to the processing purposes.
1) Types of Personal Data Processed, Processing Purposes and Legal Basis
As RÖDER Group Turkey, we process your personal data listed below in order to fulfill our legal obligations to our valued newsletter subscribers.
Your name, surname, email address, and contact information will be processed by RÖDER Group Turkey in accordance with Article 5/2, paragraph c of the Law, for the purpose of contacting you, carrying out newsletter sending activities, and reaching you for product promotion.
All data that will be processed by the company under this article may be shared with partner companies providing server and infrastructure services to RÖDER Group Turkey under the conditions specified in the law or with your explicit consent.
2) Rights of the Personal Data Subject Based on the Law
In this context, our valued newsletter subscribers may exercise the rights specified below by applying to RÖDER Group Turkey, which holds the title of data controller under Article 11 of the Law, whenever they deem it appropriate.
Accordingly, the data subjects;
Individuals have the right to:
Learn whether their personal data is being processed;
Request information regarding any processed personal data;
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether this data is being used appropriately for that purpose;
Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, request the correction of errors in their personal data, and if a transfer has been made, request this correction from the relevant third party;
Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of their personal data within thirty days in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data, if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, and request that this request be communicated to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
Object to any negative consequences arising from the processing of their data;
Claim compensation for any damages incurred due to unlawful data processing, within the framework of the law.
3) Application Procedure and Content
Applications regarding the requests mentioned above shall be made as follows:
Applications can be submitted in writing to the address: Sahrayıcedit Mah., Atatürk Cad., No:69, Mesa Koz Kule Bloğu, Kat:9, D:123 Kadıköy / İstanbul, or electronically to [email protected] using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously provided to RÖDER Group Turkey and registered in RÖDER Group Turkey's information systems.
Applications made by you, our newsletter participant, through methods other than these will not be considered within the framework of legality and data security principles.
Applications must include the following information and documents related to the request:
Your full name and signature (if the application is in writing),
Turkish Republic identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number or foreign identity number (if applicable) for foreign citizens,
Residential or business address for notification purposes,
Email address, telephone or fax number for notification purposes, and
A clear statement of the subject of the request.
Applications must include the information listed above, as required by law. Any missing information will result in the application not being processed.
4) Responding to Applications
RÖDER Group will respond to applications submitted in Turkish containing the requests of the data subject as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, via email or physical mail. Our relevant departments will ensure that the requested necessary actions are taken.
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller published by the Personal Data Protection Authority ("Communiqué"), if the response process requires additional costs, these costs will be charged according to the fee schedule set forth in the Communiqué.
