Constructed at the Franken Brunnen, Germany facility, this project comprises three adjacent H-Line series tent systems measuring 30x90x5.2 meters, designed to create a comprehensive industrial warehouse. The structure is equipped with operational features such as loading ramps and optimized for high-volume product management. Following installation, the structure was extended by an additional 30 meters to accommodate growing needs, demonstrating the project's flexible expansion capacity.
The large-volume structure required rapid erection, configuration for heavy logistics traffic, and future expansion. Thanks to RÖDER's advanced engineering infrastructure, the structure was designed to maximize load-bearing capacity by leveraging the flexibility of the H-Line system. Loading ramps were integrated. Furthermore, thanks to the modular system, the structure could be seamlessly extended by an additional 30 meters, ensuring true scalability.
Covering a total area of 8,100 m², the tent is fully integrated into Franken Brunnen's production and logistics processes, both in terms of its size and operational solutions. Loading ramps streamline on-site flow, and the expandable modular system provides an infrastructure ready for future growth.
The tent's roof system is designed with a specially developed Thermo-Roof system to balance thermal insulation.
A suitable floor has been designed for loading ramps.
The tent is designed to withstand wind loads of 130 km/h and snow loads of 75 kg/m².
Franken Brunnen officials stated that with this project, they not only have a high-quality storage facility, but also a flexible and durable infrastructure that can grow over time and meet operational needs. RÖDER's engineering support and project management capabilities made a difference throughout the entire process.
