Project Details
Service Type: Designed to meet operational material storage needs, the H-Line series modular warehouse structure was chosen for the project. The 40-meter-long structure was integrated with the existing facility layout, and its interior layout was optimized to adapt to logistics flow.
Despite the need for a functional, durable, and quickly erected structure within limited time and space, RÖDER's efficient installation team minimized installation time. Engineering practices tailored to the site conditions ensured a smooth completion.
With the 800 m² H-Line storage area, Vatan Plastik has achieved a robust and durable storage area that supports field operations. The speed of installation and system quality have positively contributed to daily logistics processes.

● The profile consists of 334x122x4.5 - 5-8 mm specially extruded aluminum profiles.
● The roof system of the structure is designed with a specially developed Thermo-Roof system to balance thermal insulation.
● The tarpaulins are certified for Class B1 and M2 flame retardant properties.
● The tent is designed to withstand wind loads of 130 km/h and snow loads of 75 kg/m².
