A 50-meter-long T-Line series warehouse structure was constructed to meet Türk Tuborg's increasing inventory needs and support production processes. The project focused on maximum durability, insulation, and functionality in both the exterior and interior. Throughout the installation process, the warehouse layout and air balance were optimized, ensuring the safe storage of sensitive products.
Building a large area in a short time without disrupting existing factory operations. Prefabricated system components enabled rapid on-site assembly, and the modular structure ensured efficient use of space. Furthermore, operational areas were insulated during the installation, preventing production disruption.
Thanks to the 2,800 m² storage area installed in just four weeks, Türk Tuborg's production and storage capacity increased, while providing a hygienic, durable, and cost-effective solution suitable for the food and beverage industry.
● All steel construction components were hot dip galvanized to increase durability.
● The roof system of the structure was designed with a specially developed Thermo-Roof system to balance thermal insulation.
● The tarpaulins used as external cladding material are B1 and M2 flame-retardant tarpaulins that meet fire safety standards.
Türk Tuborg officials, thanks to the fast and professional approach of the RÖDER, has acquired a high-quality and spacious storage area in a short time without any disruption in the production processes.
