A 210-meter-long T-Line series warehouse tent was constructed to meet Erikli's growing production needs. Designed with hygiene standards suitable for the food industry, structural features that maintain indoor air balance, and operational flexibility, this structure provides a robust solution for product safety and logistics continuity.
The modular and wide-span T-Line series system, designed to meet the challenges of constructing large-volume structures longitudinally and ensuring climatic conditions and durability, was fully completed within eight weeks. The project's special daylight-proof tarpaulin on the roof and sandwich panel systems on the side walls protected the interior environment and ensured operational security.
Thanks to the 4,200 m² warehouse structure installed in eight weeks, Erikli has a hygienic, durable, and large-volume storage area that integrates with the site. The structure combines the logistical efficiency and storage security required by the food industry.
● All steel construction components have been hot dip galvanized to increase durability.
● The roof system of the building is designed with a specially developed Thermo-Roof system to balance thermal insulation.
● The tents are designed to withstand wind loads of 140 km/h and snow loads of 75 kg/m².
Thanks to RÖDER's expert approach, Erikli quickly achieved a high-capacity, secure warehouse solution that meets industry standards without disrupting its logistics processes.
