As RÖDER Group Türkiye, we delivered a high-strength, long-lasting warehouse space with enhanced insulation performance using T-Line series tent systems. The structure was completed within 4 weeks and made ready for use. The sandwich panel system preferred for the façade provided thermal insulation, contributing to balanced indoor conditions. In addition, the anthracite-colored sandwich panels used on the façade and the project-specific colored doors ensured that the structure achieved an appearance aligned with Çığır Kimya’s corporate identity. Thus, the building became a solution that adds value to the brand both functionally and aesthetically.
The project was carried out within an active production and logistics facility. Meeting the large space requirement in a short period of time and ensuring that the existing workflow was not disrupted were of critical importance. Thanks to our modular building system, the installation process progressed in a planned and controlled manner and was completed within the 4-week schedule.
The installed 5,100 m² modular warehouse area was integrated into Çığır Kimya’s production and logistics processes, increasing operational capacity. With the application of sandwich panels, advanced insulation performance was achieved, while the Thermo-Roof roofing system enhanced energy efficiency and reduced operating costs. The project was delivered on time and successfully completed as a durable, sustainable, and corporate-identity-aligned modular building solution.
